1. WHAT ARE COOKIES?
Cookies are small files that a website stores on your computer, tablet or phone when you visit it. They allow a site to remember your preferences or understand how it is used.
Some cookies are strictly necessary for the website to work or to provide a service you have requested, and do not require your consent. All other cookies are only set if you accept them.
2. SCOPE
again.capital is intended for an international audience. Wherever you visit from, we apply the same standard to every user: that of the European Economic Area, in particular Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC (the ePrivacy Directive), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the national rules implementing them, including Danish law and Spanish law (Article 22(2) of Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce).
This standard meets or exceeds the requirements of other jurisdictions where our visitors may be located, such as the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States and Latin America.
3. DATA CONTROLLER
IDC Management Denmark ApS (A.GAIN) is the controller of personal data collected through cookies on this website. Our contact details are set out in our Privacy Policy.

5. GOOGLE ANALYTICS
The analytics service is provided by Google Ireland Limited, acting as a processor on behalf of A.GAIN. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Data is collected using a pseudonymised identifier and analysed in aggregate. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses: it uses them briefly to estimate approximate location and then discards them. We retain Google Analytics data for [14] months.
Google may transfer information to Google LLC in the United States. These transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which Google LLC is certified. Learn more in Google’s Privacy Policy and its information on Google Analytics cookies.
6. GIVING, CHANGING OR WITHDRAWING YOUR CONSENT
The first time you visit the website, a banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies. None are set until you click "Accept all".
  • Accept all: analytics cookies are activated.
  • Necessary only: only necessary cookies are used.

We store your choice for 12 months, after which we will ask again. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. If you withdraw it, we delete the analytics cookies set on our domain.
7. MANAGING COOKIES IN YOUR BROWSER
You can also allow, block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block all cookies, some features of the website may not work as expected.

To block Google Analytics across all websites, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
8. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data and how to exercise your rights. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), our lead authority, or with the data protection authority in the country where you live or work.
We may update this policy, for example if we start using new cookies. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
