There is always more to learn. It might be a professional skill or just something you enjoy. I enjoy learning and teaching, and think we have so much to learn from each other. I co-founded an academy for university students where I taught vector algebra, helping others build the same technical foundations that shaped my career. And I also co-founded a sailing school in Mallorca, which was a great excuse for sailing more myself, while teaching others and sharing my love for the sport too.

Sharing knowledge. One of the most powerful drivers of progress is a collaborative community. If there’s one thing that stands out over my career, it’s how much stronger teams become when people actively mentor, teach, and support each other’s development. I apply this at A.GAIN. I enjoy mentoring junior team members and sharing the lessons I’ve learned along the way. I often learn just as much from them as they do from me.

I’m drawn to complex operational challenges, like the ones that sit in the center of multiple sectors. The messy or ambiguous ones where you have to dig around a bit to find the right place to build out from. It’s a bit like solving a mystery: finding the crux of the problem and working from there.
