If I commit to something, I make sure it gets done. It’s partly determination and partly a level of resilience. I think that’s probably reflected in my love of sport. I don’t think everyone would consider a half marathon or a 33km kitesurfing journey “fun,” but experiences like that remind me how much you can grow when you stay resilient and have a clear goal. That and becoming a mom, which is a whole new test of resilience and brings new lessons every day.

Long-term value comes from finding what’s missing. You have to identify what is already there, what’s working, and where the gap is, and then apply innovation, while keeping trust and scalability at the forefront. It’s a mindset that helps me identify companies with strong potential and differentiated ideas. It’s always exciting to find a new approach targeting a major market need.

I’ve worked on a number of high-profile equity capital transactions where the stakes are high and the pace is intense. Those environments can feel overwhelming to some, but I find them energizing. They demand clarity, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to make decisions under pressure. Experiences like these have helped me develop agility and precision in deal execution.
