Thesis
VC4 is A.GAIN’s fund-of-funds strategy, built around a diversified portfolio of venture capital managers across geographies, sectors and investment stages. Drawing on A.GAIN’s relationships across the global venture ecosystem, the strategy invests across 20–30 established and emerging VC funds, alongside selected secondary opportunities.Through its underlying managers, VC4 invests across venture-backed companies in the US, Europe and Latin America, from pre-seed through growth. The strategy diversifies its allocation across managers, markets, sectors and stages, rather than relying on a concentrated set of individual investments.VC4 forms part of A.GAIN’s broader investment platform, which brings together fund managers, founders, investors and industry participants across its network. A.GAIN also invests alongside VC4 investors through a GP commitment of approximately 20%.
